01 General Introduction

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and funds being seized.

05 Account Management & Security

Password & Access

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone. hh33 is not liable for any loss arising from sharing your login details with a third party.

Account Suspension & Closure

hh33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.

Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Any legitimately withdrawable balance will be returned prior to account closure.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on hh33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or a security review is needed.

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bank or mobile banking service charges may apply to withdrawals — such costs are the user's responsibility.
• hh33 may set a maximum limit per withdrawal, which may vary depending on circumstances.

In the case of suspicious transactions, hh33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until additional verification is completed.

07 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This condition applies to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit amount.

General Bonus Terms

• To claim a bonus, the account must be accessed within the specified time limit.
• Each bonus offer may be used only once, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• Claiming a bonus multiple times from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games may apply — please read the terms of each offer separately.

08 Gaming Rules

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and associated funds may be seized. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.
